Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped globally with thoughtfully chosen packaging and partners with the environment in consideration. We prioritize standard shipping over express to reduce our ecological impact.
- Shipping Spain: free for orders over €100. Normal delivery in 2-4 working days. (excludes the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
- Shipping outside Europe: will vary according to distance and weight. Please note, all custom duties and/or import taxes that may apply for shipping outside the EU is the responsibility of our international customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. To initiate an exchange or return, please send us an email at hello@karigartextiles.com within 14 calendar days of delivery and include your order number. Any exchange or return after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.
All items must be in perfect unused, unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny any exchanges or returns that do not meet our standards. You are responsible for the cost of exchange/return shipping except in the rare case of defective items and we strongly suggest using a shipping method that comes with tracking and/or insurance. We can only issue refunds once the item is back in our hands.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund will take up to 10 days to reflect depending on your banking partner.

Problems with my product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
